Our Respite Care program is designed to provide short-term relief to those who care for family members and to ensure that a loved one continues to receive the attention he or she needs in a safe environment. Using respite services can support and strengthen your ability to be a caregiver and can be an essential part of the overall support that families may need to keep their family member with a disability at home.
Patients are not hospitalized but are guests with medical support available in the event of an emergency.
Individuals requiring intensive skilled nursing care or hospitalization are not candidates for this program.
This service is not covered by third party insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
